Comfy bed, effective blinds, and double glazed windows provided a good night's sleep. Sam was accommodating with late check-in. Friendly staff, great buffet selection, and prompt table clearing. Very clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was satisfying, especially the perfectly poached eggs. Warm welcome made us feel like family. Affordable rates allowed for a nicer dinner. Memorable anniversary with chocolates, coke, and a handwritten card. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very near Southern Cross train station and in a quiet area. We were able to easily access the outdoor area through the doors. The room was ultra modern and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. We also enjoyed the view of the city skyline from our room.

The beds were comfortable, and there was a selection of soft or firm pillows. The bathroom was modern and had a sliding door. The availability of an empty mini fridge in the room was a bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were extremely friendly and professional. We had a small issue with our check-in, but the staff quickly resolved it and even offered us complimentary breakfast for our entire stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We also loved the bathroom, which had the best lighting for makeup that we've ever experienced in a hotel. The room service was reasonably priced and the portions were generous. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and excellent service.

The construction on the nearby road, which made it a bit longer to walk to some attractions. However, once the roadworks are finished, it shouldn't be a problem.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect, right next to the main train station in downtown. It made getting around the city a breeze. The service here was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay - including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a tea and coffee setup. The terrace outside provided a lovely spot to relax, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. I was thoroughly impressed with this venue and would highly recommend it to families as well.

The only downside I can think of is that the staff could use some training in smiling and customer service. However, this hotel offers such a wide range of amenities and services, from the restaurant and bar/lounge area to the fitness studio and outdoor swimming pool, that it more than makes up for any minor flaws.
